Julia is just lovely and so helpful. The boutique is gorgeous. Beautifully decorated. Changing room is huge so plenty of room to change and see the dress properly. I am so happy with the service I received with Florence Bridal. I wasn't even looking to buy a wedding dress yet, but I fell in love with my dress. The owner made me so at ease, and made me feel beautiful after having a baby. My partner came with me to help with choosing, and he was made to feel really welcome even though it's not common for the groom to be there. I got married in my Florence gown a month ago now, and absolutely loved it! I fully intend on wearing it on every wedding anniversary. The shop owner Julia was very welcoming, accommodating, not pushy and very patient! I popped into Florence bridal just by chance and recieved what I wasnt expecting....a bridal shop that encourages you to look even without an appointment. The lady was extrememly helpful and I ended up buying my dream dress. To top it all she also put on sale my "mistake" dress and within a week had sold it for more than I was expecting. I am hoping she can get hold of my bridesmaid dresses now as I would rather have this service than travel elsewhere. Beautiful shop, great stock and wonderful service. More...

I would like to thank Julia she has been so helpful with my wedding accessories and bridesmaid dresses. I wish I had got my wedding dress from Florence Bridal now because she has been wonderful.
