Having been let down by Interflora on the very day they were supposed to deliver Mother's Day flowers to my mother, it was with some desperation and not much hope that I contacted "Direct2Florist" who use Floral Design, Bangor, on the Saturday before Mother's Day. On the website it said they could only deliver on Monday which, whilst not ideal, was better than nothing. Floral Design called Direct2Florist to ask if I really wanted them sent on the Monday as they might be able to deliver on the Sunday after all. I love that they took the time to check, that D2F then called me, that they delivered on Sunday morning of Mother's Day, and my mum immediately called me to say how beautiful the flowers were, even before I could call her. The flowers were apparently even complimented on by my father, who normally doesn't notice or remark on such things. I am really happy with all aspects of this service and would strongly recommend both florist and D2F for the great arrangement, for their really first class customer service and for saving Mother's Day at super short notice.
