I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had. Â When I first started looking into getting my floors refinished I didnt know where to start. I called several contractors to come out for a quote and several either never called back or didn't show up for the scheduled meeting. I couldn't believe it. Â Thank goodness someone recommended FLOORecki. From the very moment that I spoke with Paulina I had a good feeling about this. She showed up when she promised and on time. She immediately knew what I was talking about and made me feel understood and comfortable. Â For various reasons the project was put off for several months. When I called her back 4 months later she remembered me and what we discussed and we proceeded to set a date. Â I had several(alot) of questions along the way and they were always answered promptly and explained well. After quoting with a few other companies and running into issues along with overpriced estimates I can't help but recommend them to everyone I know. Can't find a single complaint! Paulina was exceptionally prompt and professional, it was easy to tell she knew what she was doing as soon as she arrived for the estimate. Scheduling went smoothly and my living room and foyer floors came out beautifully. Chris along with his crew were friendly, didn't waste anytime but we're also very precise. I used FLOORecki Floors to sand and refinish our 100 year old bungalow floors.When we bought the house,there was probably the fourth layer of wall to wall carpet. Once we removed the carpet it reveal the original oak wood floor that looked very old and run down.After getting some estimates from Yelp found companies,we decided to go with FLOORecki and I'm more than happy to say it was a great choice.I wasn't very confident that I would be able to keep those old hardwood floors,but they did wonders.They were able to save most of it,and the ones that need it to be replaced were matched perfectly.Every time I have people over to show off my house I get a lot of compliments on the floor.I would definitely recommend this company and I wish them all the best. I had gotten quotes from 5 people before I chose FLOORecki and had beaten all the previous companies prices by $1000!! I have a 1300 sq feet townhome and they did closet, 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and livingrooI am soooooooooo Happy with the professionalism, workmanship this company has done for my floors. My floors were in bad shape with stains and I wasn't sure it it would look good. My first choice was ebony but wanted to look at other dark stains and decided to do half Jacobean and half Ebony. When we purchased our house it had an ugly, dirty old carpet upstairs and we were unsure if we should just replace it or invest and upgrade to a hardwood floor. After talking with Chris we were certain that upgrading to hardwood floor is the way to go. Chris was very professional and made the process super simple. He explained and answered any questions we had. When the work started both of the guys did an excellent job, the floor came out wonderful and the cherry on top of it all were the stairs. After calling 5 other companies, Chris was the only one ready to give me a quote within 2 days and starting on the job the same week. He was very detail-oriented, time-efficient and straight- forward. He gave me a few options to choose from and his recommendations before we agreed on what we wanted to do.
All in all, Floorecki did a great job repairing and refinishing the floors at one of our properties and we've been using them ever since.
