Fleur went above and beyond what we expected.From the first phone call to the follow up call after the funeral...we experienced great customer service and care. After the death of my father I took mum to choose the funeral flowers, and the staff, from offering a seat for mum, to, not pushing anything on us that we didn't like we're exceptionally well trained and very understanding, myself and mum would of been in the dark otherwise, they just were brilliant. As for the flowers and delivery , what can I say arrangements were spot on. The whole experience with The kind of people, who were dealing with order right down to the kind of people I would mentIon, over and over, to anybody looking for any type of flowers etc. Go to these guys and you will be well looked after, fresh quality flowers a and staff .Thank you, to all who made a "very sad time " a lot easier for the family and myself. The quality of the flowers at Fleur and the customer care are always exceptional; I ordered a floral tribute for my mother's funeral - to be the only one on the day, as I wanted charitable donations from other attendees. On behalf of my family I would like to thank Charles and the team for the beautiful floral tributes they created for my late father's funeral on 31st July.
The letters of the name tributes were exquisitely detailed and, despite being a hot day, the flowers all looked beautiful and fresh. Charles was always very helpful as were other team members we dealt with at the shop. My youngest sister ordered a large heart shaped tribute and Charles organised a bespoke stand for this and liaised with the funeral company to ensure it was displayed correctly. On a recent visit to the UK I had the pleasure of visiting Fleur Boutique in Mottingham. Wow! What a magnificent boutique florist it is.
Charles and his team have pulled out all the stops on this one to make the shop an explosion of colour with delightful and stunning displays of floral arrangements. Charles and his team were an absolute delight to work with. Fleur Boutique provided flowers for our wedding. Charles' attention to detail right from the first meeting six months before was perfect. When I changed my mind on the flowers in the church about 3 months in, he just rolled with the changes and re-envisioned the brief to incorporate my new ideas. He stayed within budget and worked well with all the various professionals at the different venues (Houses of Parliament and One Whitehall Place) to deal with complex bureaucracy. We heard really positive reports about him and his team from our contacts at both venues. So many guests complimented the flowers on the day and all who wore buttonholes, corsages or carried bouquets felt very special.
