I have seen Aisha a couple of times for various treatments. Aisha is different to other podiatrists in that instead of immediately starting treatment, she thoroughly examines the issue carefully and will be happy to liaise with other health professionals to ensure successful treatment in complex multi-disciplinary cases. I came to see Aisha (Foot and Ankle specialist) when I went I was so upset and embarrassed going through so much emotions but she was very professional, caring and understanding. Just want to say big THANK YOU, as I suffered with an ingrowing toenails for years, those years were full of pain, hiding my toes, etc. I could hardly wear any shoes, it was badly infected, swollen, and very painful.It took me years to convince myself to go and do something about it because I was scared. Scared of pain (there was no pain at all, just the first injection, and then you cant feel anything), was embarrassed as well, cos the toes looked disgusting so feel awkward to show them to anyone.I am so glad I went and did it! I found this clinic online, booked an appointment (very fast and convenient) , and somehow force myself to actually go.All was done in within an hour, could feel the difference straight away, I am still in healing process, but Its like 1000% better already, and I am still receiving the best care from Mr. Patel. Thank you, thank you, thank you Dr. Patel for making an effort to operate me the same day of the consultation. I was totally desesperate with a painful infected ingrown toenail. They gave me an appointment the for same day when I called in the morning, and in the evening my toenail has been already operated and sorted out to not grow anymore. Likewise, everything was covered by my Bupa PMI as this is a Bupa clinic.Dr. Patel called me before the initial consultation to advice me and answer my queries. I visited Flawless Feet as the problem I had with my feet was making it increasingly difficult to walk. I wish I had done so sooner! The lady I saw, Sonal Amin, was trully excellent, and very nice as well. Chatting away while she worked on my feet helped, but wasn't as necessary as it could have been as she was perfectly gentle and knew what she was doing.The clinic took a little finding and I had to call them for directions, but that was easy and not really a problem. You walk through a gym to get there and although I couldn't find their reception I did find the room where I was due to visit!Everywhere was nice and clean and tidy, with no hygiene issues at all.The online booking system is excellent and works really well.I will certainly use them, and Sonal, again, should I have the need to. I was feeling rather anxious about have my ingrown toe nail removed. I had had this procedure done as a teenager and remembered It to be extremely painful and gory. Hiren was able to offer me an evening appointment, which was perfect as I have a young family. He was welcoming, calm and professional and immediately put me at ease. The procedure was explained very clearly and was absolutely painless. I am now one week post op and my toe is healing beautifully. Thank you for an amazing job Hiren.
