Wow, just had an iPhone repaired with these people and they are amazing!!
Highly recommended - fabulous prices, phone fixed within 3 hours on a Sunday(! !!), feels like a new phone with new screen, casing and home button, didn't ask for a pin code to be able to root through your phone like some places do, friendly and reliable service, prompt replies to messages... well i have mixed feeling about fixmi. I call them when my hard disk on my laptop stopped working, a man came to have a look on it took it with him and within couple of hours brought it back all fixed, which was great. However i found out my keyboard is sometimes unresponsive especially number keys but also some others. I text him multiple times to come to have a look on it but all what i ever got were plain promises that he will call me, he will come then and then but nothing ever happen. After three weeks of chasing the issue i have resigned and never heard from him again so now i have fixed hard drive but unresponsive keyboard for god knows how long ....... More...

My Asus Zenbook died and after a lousy experience elsewhere i called Lee. He took it away, tested it and advised me on next steps, refusing to do work that would be a waste of my money. Called FIXMI again with another issue with my laptop and had the good fortune of meeting Lee again. As usual with his expertise and knowledge, Lee sorted my laptop problem withn a few minutes.
