My daughter loves the boot camp sessions on a Thursday...... great bunch of girls getting muddy whilst getting fit.
Running sessions also a great atmosphere and certainly helps to keep you going and improve all the time

I attended tonight with a go on then I suppose so sort of attitude! I got going and loved it!! Everybody trying hard going at there own pace brilliant. Feel so much better afterwards. Both my girls aged 9 and 12 attended the boot camp tonight and enjoyed it. The variation of exercises allowed them both to exercise to their individual capabilities.
It was great to see them mixing with other kids and not sat on an electronic device for a change.
We have been waiting for fitt4 to come to Scunthorpe so thank you.

100% recommended they took the stress away from us and gave Rylee a birthday party that children will be talking about for weeks.

What Can I say other than brilliant, my 10 year old son wasn’t too sure about the whole ‘bootcamp’ idea until tonight. We went to have a look and to get an idea what went on in a session, greeted by lovely helpful, staff who were more than happy to answer his (and our) questions and show him what they were going to be doing tonight, he decided then and there that he wanted to stay, thoroughly enjoyed himself and has asked to go back next week - would definitely recommend.
