I have been pt ing with grace on a one to one basis for 4 months and have massively increased my confidence and improved my tone overall. Every session is different, she is always enthusiastic and the mornings at the beach are really inspiring. She is not at all intimidating or scary and puts u immediately at ease. Beach bootcamps great fun with real purpose. A fab bunch of girls and two AMAZING instructors, Grace and Joanne who make working out good fun!
