I would highly recommend chris as a PT. about a month ago my sister had got herself in a rut with herself. From weight gain and lack of self esteem. And from Chris he helped with her meal planing and twice a week fitness sessions.the first session my sister was so nervous and embarrassed about how she got and that her fitness was not to good , but when Chris spent the first hour with her and sorted out what they going to be doing he was so understanding and motivates you and from that first session my sister looked forward to the rest and each session was fun challenging and hard work and Chris would always make her feel comfortable. In 5 weeks she’s lost weight and inches and looks so much better and fitter she’s got her self esteem back and a Big smile back on her face. Thanks to you chris I don’t know we’re she would be now . I started training with Chris 5 months ago, in that time my fitness has improved immensely. Each session is different thereby challenging your body continually, Chris motivates you, supports you, but also pushes you to achieve the best you can. Chris is a fantastic trainer. Having found myself struggling for results, I trained with him twice a week for a month and have seen substantial growth (my chest grew 3 inches! ) Chris challenges you with a variety of exercises, no one session is the same and you finish every workout knowing you fully exhausted that muscle group for maximum results. Along with meal and supplement advice, I've recovered from sessions faster than ever while noticing a clear increase in strength. I've had personnel training sessions with chris for over a year now and I also attend his boot camps that he holds on a weekly basis.
I have worked with personnel trainers previously on my weight loss journey, yet non have been so effective and knowledgeable than Chris.
I have lost weight, gained lean muscle tone , increased my exercise tolerance levels and my best achievement by far is that I have dropped several dress sizes�.
I have no hesitation in recommending Chris for personnel training .

i have just finished my 2nd 1 to 1 session with Chris. Really hard but enjoyable and the hour goes really quickly. Chris makes you feel really comfortable and relaxed and tailors the session around your fitness levels but still manages to push you. Would highly recommend his services.
