Paul is a really good trainer i learned a lot from him in just a few sessions. Paul really drills you on body maintence and diet. You can workout all the time but if you dont change your lifestyle and diet you are going to be very limted on your results More...

Paul has had a great impact on my life as a whole. He truly has given me the knowledge for a complete lifestyle transformation for myself, but most importantly for my daughters. Change that I once thought was difficult has become my families norm. A makeover of the food that I keep in my fridge to the meals that we as a family have learned to appreciate!
During your training with Paul he's educating you as you go. You will learn proper form & when you're ready you will be confident enough to walk into a gym on your own and know what you are doing. The great thing is when you get stuck you can always turn to him. He has helped me with my health issues that were failed attempts by others. When you combine the nutrition & the exercise it just becomes a part of what you want to do because it just won't feel right any other way.
I couldn't say enough great things about Paul, he truly knows how to get you to meet your goals. He is a wonderful person & he is great at what he does, very easy to talk to and most importantly he knows what he's doing as it shows in his own results and that of his clientele.

I have been working with Paul since July 2017. My priority was to improve my balance and overall health. As an older client, and one who suffers with the after effects of vertigo, Paul was very sensitive to tailoring my workouts to accommodate my limitations on any given day. Q&A

Education is perhaps the most important variable when it comes to creating sustainable changes. Through education, I help you understand the value of healthy eating habits and living an active lifestyle.

During the initial consultation I will divulge nutritional knowledge and how it is the key factor in weight loss, muscular strength and size, feeling energetic, reducing stress, and balancing hormones.

Creating a lifestyle catered to the body you desire is key. If you want an athletic looking physique you will have to be athletically inclined. If you wish to have a muscular body you will need to live a lifestyle that encourages muscular growth.

The body will take shape in relation to how you live. If you live an active lifestyle and eat food that supports the body you will see that manifested in your physique.

Being able to inspire, encourage and educate others on the importance of health is what I’m most passionate about. My job allows me to do this everyday. I love it!

I worked for a corporate company when I first started as a trainer and the reason I left is the same reason I wanted to have my own business.

The corporate gyms prioritize money over everything including service, client needs and sensibility. Having my own business allows me to do good business without having a corporation instructing me on how to lock people into contracts.

This allows me to provide a positive and stress free environment that makes clients feel comfortable.

When you meet me one of the first things you will notice is my positivity and passion for what I do. I provide stellar service and time flexibility. My job is to make sure you attain your health and fitness goals in a timely manner. Not only that but I help you make lifestyle changes that allow you to sustain your results long term.
