Just started training with lizzie last month. My partner has trained with her for 6 months or so. So i got a chance to see what she was like. Massively impressed with the detail lizzie goes into in both exercises and nutritional plans to tailor make a regime for me. I am training for sport and lizzie went off to research exactly what position i was playing to help her build a perfect plan for me. Also her technical knowledge is awesome. I'd been going to the gym for over a year with limited results and I was getting bored with doing the same things. Lizzy has re-ignited my passion for getting in shape and I now look forward to getting to the gym and pushing myself to improve. <br /><br />I've been working with Lizzy for 2 months and what I can say is that Lizzy will make your eye-lids sweat….. But she'll also get results. My<span id="moreReview514261" class="hide"> belts are being done up tighter and I'm feeling stronger and fitter as a result of her input and enthusiasm….. And people say I'm looking better too which is always nice :-). Each session is different which helps maintain variety and adds to the knowledge you have for those in-between-sessions workouts. <br /><br />Lizzy takes a genuine interest in what you can do already and where you need to improve and develops a fitness and diet program around YOU. Fitness chrysalis has helped me turn my diet and work outs around before I became a client for fitness chrysalis I was doing the wrong workouts and not doing them correctly. Lizzie @ Fitness Chrysalis will make you cry - she believes in making you work HARD - and she gets results. I've lost inches and body fat since working with Lizzie, and feel much stronger both physically and mentally. Her workouts are always fun (if fun = sweat) and she's always on hand if you're feeling wobbly about anything. I had always hated going to the gym and felt a tremendous anxiety when there. After working with Liz for just a few months the gym is now some where I can feel comfortable, and am able to go and work out to the full. I had 10 fitness sessions with Lizzie she very quickly got me using the correct techniques and onto the right diet plan to produce my goals. Lizzie monitored me very closely and was also a great motivator. I have been following Lizzies training programs, for the last 8 months for weight lifting and crossfit. I have lost fat gained muscle, speed, strength and improved a lot on my mobility and shoulder stability. excellent all body work out, something new every time, knows how to get the results i wanted, great food advice with tasty recipes, especially like the express work outs that i can do at home leaving you in a sweaty out of breath mess in ten minutes.
