Fitnalysis are specialists in human physiological testing, strength and conditioning, and weight management, founded by Guy Guppy, MSc., who specialises in the enhancement of exercise performance for elite athletes and recreational athletes, and individuals who wish to improve their current fitness and body composition.

Our team provides personalised services, which are tailored to each clients specific needs, from being able to keep up with kids through to performing on the world stage.

We have worked with many different clients, from elite athletes to mums wanting to tone up and feel healthier.

The services we provide are based around up to date research grade technology that allows us to measure each individuals responses to exercise. Therefore implement highly specific interventions to help you achieve your goal, whether you are one of our elite athletes or average Joe.
