To put it simply, this man will change your body and your life you let him.
Just listen and do - simple; especially when he talks about explosive movements!
I had been given so much bad advice by so many different “gym professionals” before I met him, things like ‘you’re running too fast on the treadmill’!!!
I’m 2.5 stone lighter because of him, I’m lean and fit and more importantly, confident! No more yo-yo dieting and self body shaming. And the best thing is, I have skills for life, and his voice in my head telling me to push myself, even when he’s not there!
If you want results, just call him. And if there was ever a walking advert……!!!!

It was a natural progression from life as a freelance professional dancer , to becoming a freelance personal trainer
