I've just started getting PT's from Matthew as I'm aiming to get fit and loose weight in 2015. I've only had four sessions and so far I'm enjoying them as each one is different, he sure does push you!! I only have a month with Mathew as I work away however can't recommend him enough, unlike most PTs he does a warm up, and stretching to finish off. Being female also I love the fact that you can do your thing withought being put of by others in the gym and it's more fun. Matthew is a top trainer. In less than 6months he had helped me lose 3stone for my wedding. Fantastic personal training sessions, always hard but always enjoyable. Fixed my diet as well, giving me a full diet plan with help and suggestions.
I'm still going to him every week and still enjoy it every time. Anybody that needs to tone up or slim down or anything this is the man to go to.
