I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Sarah. I started working with her after the birth of my first child to help lose the baby weight and she helped me get in better shape than I was prior to pregnancy. I am now working with her once again 3 years later after the birth of my second child. She is realistic with goal setting and knows when to push harder and encourage me to do my best. Sarah is very knowledgeable in fitness and truly knows how to help me achieve my goals. The workouts are never boring and I find myself looking forward to working out with her. She goes beyond the workout aspect of things and helps with nutrition and overall health as well. For the above reasons and more I highly recommend Sarah.

The expertise and guidance Sarah has provided me through our strength training sessions has exceeded my health and fitness goals! I LOVE that she consistently redesigns my sessions to keep me progressing. I am now less easily fatigued, have a decreased appetite and can better manage my daily stress. Initial Consultation: Everyone starts with a FREE, no-obligation consultation. During this consultation we will assess your goals, fitness level, exercise limitations and medical history. At this time, we will answer any of your questions or address any of your concerns and make training recommendations specifically Fit For You.
Available Packages: You can sign up for 10, 25, 50 or more individual, joint or group personal training sessions.
Individual – Package of one-hour, one-on-one personal training sessions Fit For You.
Joint – Discounted package of one-hour, personal training sessions Fit For Two.
Group – Discounted package of one-hour, personal training sessions Fit For Three+.

What do you love most about your job?

I love changing peoples lives! Seeing results and seeing my clients get stronger, lose weight and have a better quality of life.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was always athletic growing up. I won the All Ireland swimming championships. After I had my two children I decided to do what I loved most. I decided to back to school and graduated as a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Consultant. As I was studying and completing the Personal Trainer course I lost 45 lbs and got in the best shape of my life. I want to help others with their goals and lead healthy and happy lives.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have extensive experience in a vast area of training. I completed an internship with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. This is where all the professional athletes are trained. I learned not only how to train athletes to their best performance but also how to prevent injury with prehab exercises. Prevention of injury is important to athletes and should be for everyone!
I have been training people for the last nine years and most of my clients have been with me for many years. I also have some clients with limitations whether back injuries, hip or knee. It is so important to keep the muscles strong around the joints to prevent further injury. Most trainers do not have experience with these diverse groups and may actually worsen the injury.
I also have brought many clients through their pregnancies and post pregnancy weight loss.
