I have just got back from the most amazing pregnancy massage. Laura made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, it was just what I needed at this late stage and if I could have that massage every day until my baby arrives then I would! Feeling so chilled out now.

Wow what can I say? I was made to feel so welcome and last night was the best night's sleep I have had during my pregnancy! !! I saw Laura today and I can’t thank her enough for making me realise that I do have a pelvic floor (I thought it had disappeared completely) and has given me exercises to do that will help me when I’m nearing my menstrual cycle, as this is the time I need it most! !! Laura help me understand how it works, which will ultimately help me improve strength!!! Mind to muscle focus is so important when doing any kind of exercise. Thank you so much More...

I went to my first antenatal pilates class on Tuesday with Laura and instantly was made to feel welcome. it was a great class and I really look forward to going back regularly through my pregnancy and to hopefully join a mum and baby group there after I've had my baby

Really enjoyed going to FitBumps fitness classes to meet other mums who have a passion to keep exercising through their pregnancy. Unfortunately during my third Trimester I experienced pelvis pain to the point where I couldn’t even walk my dog for 10 minutes let alone continue training at the level I had been - the pain was excruciating. I had to take time off work and was preparing myself for 10 weeks of misery and the possible use of crutches. I had two physio sessions with Laura, using acupuncture and massage to help realign my pelvis. This weekend I did a 5 mile mixed terrain cliff walk at 36 weeks pregnant. I didn’t think that would happen again until after the baby was born! I am so happy to now be enjoying the final stretch of my pregnancy and back to doing the things I love. I can’t thank Laura enough, my Fit bumps and mums classes were my escape postpartum, an hour for me, an hour to regenerate, refocus and renew but I got so much more. Support, friendship, encouragement, comfort and a place to feel safe with other ladies in my position. Laura is amazing, I saw her due to severe upper and low back pain that started in my second trimester and felt like there was no hope that it would get better before i gave birth. It left me virtually housebound for 2 months. Laura took time to fully assess what the problem was and worked her physio magic and got me so much better. I even went back to work at 32 weeks which I had never imagined i would be able to do. Would highly recommend! More...

Really fantastic - I wish I'd gone sooner for a post-natal check up but it was excellent even 4 months on and makes you think this quality of expertise and care ought to be offered to all mums as a matter of course. Can't recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend the Fit Bumps classes, sadly due to work and illness I wasn’t able to attend as regularly as I wanted to but the classes I did attend were fabulous. Laura is warm, supportive, welcoming and very knowledgable in her field. From the all important pelvic floor to keeping core strength through gentle exercise and learning to breath to support it. Laura is amazing! I started with Fit Bumps Pregnancy Pilates having experienced Pelvis Pain in my first pregnancy. the lessons were safe, well executed and good fun and Laura has a genuine passion and love for Women’s Health which made all the difference. I also had acupuncture to treat pelvis pain as it became difficult to walk anywhere at all and with a toddler in tow I was miserable and in agony. Laura absolutely transformed my pregnancy and after two sessions the pain was completely gone! I have now started fit Mums classes and feel great after every one! I had my first physiotherapy session with Laura last week to help with my ongoing hip and pelvis problems that my pregnancy has made worse. After the session I had the best nights sleep. Laura helped ease the areas and also gave me some exercises to carry out at home taking into consideration my bump. It was an excellent session and I can highly recommend her. I had severe SPD & sciatica in pregnancy & ended up in a wheelchair. Laura was so brilliant and gave me fantastic sports massages that were the only thing helping me to have some mobility. She is supportive & caring and has been helping me retrain my core. I'm 6months postpartum now and have lost my extra pregnancy weight, & I am able to walk and swim again. Laura's pregnancy Pilates classes were brilliant! The exercises gently build and maintain strength with different levels of difficulty meaning I could keep going right until the end of my pregnancy. The breathing techniques I learnt definitely helped me in labour too. The chats with other mums over a cup of tea at the end of the class were a great way of sharing any concerns and making friends. Laura's pregnancy Pilates and FitMums post natal classes have been one of my favourite things about pregnancy and maternity leave (apart from the baby). The prenatal classes helped to keep my strength and build confidence with exercise during pregnancy, whilst the post natal classes really helped to speed up my recovery; at 6m postpartum I feel stronger than before. I've been going to Laura's Fit Mums class since 5 weeks postpartum and have found it so beneficial. The initial assessment proved valuable in identifying a significant separation in my abs and Laura gave me advice and tailored exercises during classes to ensure that I could work hard but also focus on healing. It's great to find a postnatal class which isn't just about gentle exercise, and that you can take your baby to (our babies loved the social side as much as we did!). The mix of Pilates and HIIT workouts pushed me outside my comfort zone and I'm now (16 weeks on) ready to get back to my normal exercise program, feeling confident in my body's ability to be pushed without injury. I've had 3 of Laura's treatments now; physiotherapy, pilates for mums and a massage today and all three have been exceptional. She's helped identify problems and taught me how to recover whilst giving me specific treatments. The pilates has been lovely to take time to focus on strength and stability whilst also meeting other lovely mums. Today the massage was a wonderful treat to myself and I would recommend to anyone in pregnancy. Iit was a lovely way to reconnect with baby and mysel. More...

I couldn't recommend Laura enough, she is so professional and really knows her stuff! I had some Physio early in pregnancy for PGP and it sorted me until about 30 weeks when SPD hit! Had a few acupuncture sessions and it really relieved the pain so I could continue to work for a few more weeks. Her Pilates classes are so worthwhile and a great opportunity to meet other mums to be. I will be back for the postnatal classes in the new year � Thank you Laura xx More...

I went to see Laura today after suffering lower back pain for the last few weeks. I am 26 weeks pregnant and have been unsure of what the cause has been. After a thorough examination Laura gave me a soft tissue massage which felt like heaven! I have also been given some great advice and exercises to follow. I left Laura feeling like I had been given a new body and felt very relaxed. Looking forward to my next appointment! More...

Laura is a miracle worker - really! I was seeing her for my PGP, which I started to get really early in pregnancy. I'm now 30 weeks and the pain is so minimal I'm almost leading a normal pregnancy! I do her exercises diligently and her manipulations have sorted it right out! I was so impressed I also saw her about some crippling rib flare is been suffering from for a month. The doctors said I just had to ride it out but it was like being stabbed 24/7 so I asked Laura if she could do anything. She offered to give it a go and one session and it was cured!! Amazing classes. Not only is it a really hard weekly workout tailored to your postnatal abilities, it is also great fun in a friendly environment. Laura is lovely and you can tell she cares about all her mums and loves her job. I have been going to Laura's pregnancy Pilates class since January and it is fantastic. It always feels like a good workout that's perfectly suited to pregnancy. Throughout the last trimester I have also been quietly suffering from sleepless nights due to achy hips. When I voiced my troubles to Laura, she said that a physiotherapy session would fix it. After some deep tissue massage and follow up exercises I am cured! Laura is a great physiotherapist with an excellent knowledge of the physiological changes during pregnancy.
