I couldn't imagine training any other way! The classes are versatile and well matched to your ability. The instructors are first class getting that extra bit of effort out of you that you never knew existed.

I've trained in many different contexts but have found that ODFC really hits the nail on its head for me! There are so many different types of training to meet a variety of needs! There are loads of support and plenty of banter to not just help you get the results you want but also a great opportunity to meet new people who are on the same journey as you! I have lost 5 stone in just under 2 years which initially started with ODFC and though I haven't been soley training with them, I can largely put my results down to their influence.

I would highly recommend booking a free trial! You never know until you try, l did and love it!

Truly a fantastic experience in the few months that I've been involved. I've tried the month trial weight loss type of organisation before and found the results didn't fit with me. ODFC really do go the extra mile to engrain an ethos of a healthy lifestyle being a lifestyle and not a temporary solution. Sessions to fit all abilities but most of all good fun. More...

I've been apart of the ODFC family for nearly a year & what a year its been ! They have something for everyone, classes are varied, have a range of times to suit & are suitable for all fitness levels. The trainers are all fantastic & motivate you to achieve your goals. I've been training with ODFC for about 5 years now and LOVE IT! The sessions are hugely varied and so no matter whether you're after losing weight, getting faster, stronger or just generally fitter - there's no better place to do it. I love the fact I can mix up my training with indoor sessions as well as outdoor sessions to work on whatever I want to work on, at a time and location to suit me. The instructors are all fantastic - they push you harder than you'll ever push yourself, but in a truly supportive way. In short, it's great! :) More...

Having heard a lot about Boot camps, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but thought I'd give it a go. I found ODFC online and tried one of their boot camp sessions. I was pleased to see a group of mixed ability, all being pushed to their individual limits - and wasn't just a case of getting muddy for the sake of it.

The session was not only good fun, but I also got a lot out of it. The trainers pushed me much harder than I would normally push myself - so really felt the benefit. Working out as part of a group made it much for fun too.

I've since been to ODFC fitness sessions at their gym in town to mix up my training regime. Having tried a few different 'boot camps' I'd recommend ODFC over the others. The trainers are all knowledgeable in both nutrition and physical training - which really makes a difference. Well worth giving it a try whether you're just looking to stay fit, lose weight or increase strength and stamina.
