If you feel like a drive in the country, this is a unique venue, complete with farm shop. As it involves a drive, I would advise booking first. The staff are lovely and welcoming. Most excellent tea-shop! This is the first time we have been here but will definitely be back.The menu is large enough to be interesting and features various locally produced items. (The bacon was delicious!) Service was faultless in catering for us - and its worth mentioning there was a wheelchair user and assistance dog in our party. The farm has a brilliant and fascinating selection of goods. There is also a beautiful walk from outside the estate buildings which goes right through to Finzean (I believe it also links the village and schoolhouse).Five star venue. More...

Lovely place for lunch or coffee and a cake. We were surprised how busy it was, easy to see why once we'd been. You can book a table which is advisable if wanting a specific time. I will be visiting again.

Stopped here for lunch last weekend and as usual it was lovely, We had Leak and asparagus quiche and a ploughman's, the quiche was great, but a bit small for my taste but lucky I went for the ploughman's as it was better with a selection of cheeses, pickles and breads/oatcakes, I would of liked a bit more breads and less of the oatcakes but what I had was very tasty. We were seated in the new extension which was nice and quiet which suited us just fine. All in it is a great cafe but a little bit high-priced for the portion size. More...
