Q&As

Every Session is different, you never get bored, and the body will then stay outside of its comfort zone and ultimately get the results.
Clients always comment on how fun and varied the sessions are, and how they constantly learn new exercises which makes it fun.
If you're having fun, you forget about the pain or how hard it is and the results will come.
Then it will become your lifestyle, it will be sustainable, and you'll look back and wonder how health, fitness and exercise was never part of your life before.

Diet, Exercise and Fun! ... its that simple!
It has to become part of you.. yes you have to work hard.. but everything has to be sustainable... set unrealistic goals, like i'm going to exercise 6 x a week and eat salad and soup everyday with no cheat meals, then unfortunately you're destined for failure.
Set specific, (I want to exercise 2 x week) measureable (and in 3 months I'll increase exercise to 3 x week) attainable (after those 3 months I would like to drop 1 dress size) realistic (i will allow 1 cheat meal per week, and eat sensibly the rest of the time) Time Constrained (by the end of the year I would like to enter a half marathon) If you set these SMART goals for yourself, follow our exercise Training sessions and stick to our Nutrition plans, you'll have the body of your dreams for sure!

When people think they can't achieve something, recent examples;
60 year women didnt think she could plan for 1 minute, initially she could only achieve 10 seconds, 4 weeks into her Training plan and she's smashing a minute plank no problem
Or a 50 year old Man wanted to weight train and had a goal to achieve a 100kg squat with good form, initially squatting just body weight his form was poor, we worked frequently on mobility to improve range of motion, then addressed form, then started increasing weight, now he squats 100kg for 3 reps!
Its wonderful to be involved in each individuals fitness journey and hold their hand if needed through the early stages and then cheer and feel their excitement when they smash their goals!

I studied a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise, then qualified as a Personal Trainer
Then Studied a Masters of Science Degree in Physiotherapy. I wanted to combine the 2 skills and ensure that a facility provided safe, fun and effective training, but with a real emphasis on great form and technique to reduce the risk of injuries.
I have been a member of several gyms over the years and so often witnessed really unsafe, dangerous practise of someone exercising incorrectly and wanted to make sure my facility never allowed this to happen.

Myself and the Team are so passionate about what we do
We are constantly session planning
Researching new ideas, techniques and dietary advice.
You really do get a great well rounded holistic package, bespoke to, addressing how you move, and looking at possible weaknesses to work on,
You will never get bored, the sessions are fun and the results will be massive!
