What’s your signature dish?
A signature dish is an item a restaurant or caterer is well known for. Can not narrow ourselves down to one as we are very versatile. Our chef likes to roll with the seasons and is always developing. Focus on a few humble ingredients and build a dish around that.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Meet and talk food depending on the type of event, dietaries and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy. The prep, the build up to the event and showtime of course.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to create and to take control of my own work/life. Most importantly my passion for food, I take great pride in my work.
