What do you love most about your job?
We have always loved working in the IT industry. From our Director's first role back in 2002 to now we still enjoy getting out of bed.
To quote our MD "I think I'm lucky enough to have a hobby that pays. I enjoy the daily challenges that can arise; it means everyday I learn something new and that amazes me."
Those words echo what we all think, its part of our ethos and it is shown through our friendly, professional approach.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have wanted to give back to an industry that has helped me learn so much. I'm driven by technology and knowing our customers can sleep better knowing their systems are secure or that fix we implemented will work. This type of service doesn't need to be reserved for the largest of companies, everyone has the right.
Why should our clients choose you?
We know our industry! We have worked with some of the largest global companies around and at all levels from IT support, through to engineering and consulting, we have all aspects covered. We specialize in Secure Network implementation but that doesn't mean we don't know operating system support, hardware break/fix, or phone issues.
Because we have worked on some of the largest and most complex networks in the world , we believe we have a knowledge base that is large enough to cover most issues that can arise and at all project stages. We don't just see things from a network perspective, we see the system as one and understand the complexities that arise in today's modern networks.
It's also a fact computer security issues are at an all time high. It's been said that every company, no matter how large will be targeted, not if but when. We want to help remove that threat and give our customers the peace of mind they need when it comes to their IT operation.
