Ms. Olga provided good+ Customer service 10-minutes before 5pm closing on a Sunday. Well done cleaning, bring your 6 or more items in the first Thursday-Saturday weekend of the month to get their 50% special. I've been using these guys for a couple years, they do an excellent job and are fairly priced. The reason I keep using them is Roger, now I don't know everything he does for them, but for me, he picks up and drops off my clothes, texts me when there are specials, lets me know when he's in the neighborhood if I happen to have anything I need picked up. In a city like LA there are tons of places you can get your clothes cleaned, so why not go with the people who treat you the best? More...

I have a couple of cleaners who I go to, but for my best shirts, that have colors that are important to the design, I only go to Fazio's. Maybe I'm picky, but I can tell when other cleaners launder my shirts because they come back slightly faded. However, with Fazio's, I fully trust the shirt will come out beautiful. It's not convenient for me to drive over there, so I wait till I have a bunch of shirts, but it's worth the price! More...

I'm surprised at the low reviews as I have been a customer since 2014 and all but one of all my experiences here have been great - and that odd one time, the problem was fixed within a day. The customer service is great, the turnaround time is quick.. as quick as same day pick up! There are coupons online that I use to slash the price.. as much as 30% off! Update: After initially having a horrible experience with this company, they worked with me to make it right. The next morning, I STILL had not received a call back, so I called again on the way to the airport. .. I finally got ahold of my location. I told them that their actions had caused me to have to frantically run out at 8pm  and spend $200, dollars to purchase a new suit for my husband because by the time we left for the airport, our clothing was still not delivered. I explained that I would be taking my business elsewhere. The manager agreed that what had happened and how it had been subsequently handled, was inexcusable, offered an apology and asked for the opportunity to make it right. In the end, I was issued a store credit for the order and I was issued additional store credit as reimbursement for the new clothing I had to run out and needlessly purchase. Original review: I used their pick up and delivery service. My clothes were picked up and I was guaranteed in writing that my clothing would be delivered Monday by close of business. It's now Monday at 9pm, all of their locations are closed and my dry cleaning was NOT delivered. They were told we needed the clothes Monday because we were leaving town for a vacation. I was assured repeatedly this would not be an issue. Yet here we are. My regular driver is not responding to texts and calls. None of the locations are answering their phones, because they are presumably closed. They are way more expensive then their competition, and I expect a certain level of customer service to compensate for that. While a bit more expensive than others, this is a first class operation. They are experts in cleaning various materials in order to extend their life and maintain their color and feel. This type of expertise is rare to find and in the end it lowers the cost of your cleaning. I have been using  Fazio for two decades now. They offer great customer service and attend to problems in a timely manner. If you need something cleaned faster for an occasion, they will try to meet your deadline, if something needs to be sent out- they are prepared. I don't find the pricing unreasonable. It is competitive with other west LA spots and I would not trust specialty items to a lesser place.Recently, after many years without a hitch, as always in life, an article of clothing was damaged. They attempted to re clean and when it could not be repaired, it was sent to corporate to Susan Chicas. Susan promptly and efficiently evaluated the article and damage and in a very timely manner refunded me the cost of the article in question. (I had a receipt). The matter was resolved expediently and honestly. I highly recommend Fazio to those interested in quality cleaning and a company that assumes responsibility for excellence and human error equally. Literally every single time I go into this store for a drop off for dry cleaning I get greeted with warm conversations and quality service by Victor and Roger. They always engage in a conversation that makes me laugh out loud. They are the starlight to this place that brings a whole of zest into this location. They always make me feel like the show Cheers, where everyone knows your name because as soon as I mention my account and where I live they bring a highlighted conversation of familiarity to the route and notable driveway. I stopped by for a rush over drop off on Friday morning @ 8:37am. I asked if there was anyway they could drop it off the same day to the house or if not by tomorrow the latest. Victor answers like he always does, "You know what? Today will be hard but if I finish early here today I will drop it off myself by the end of day today but no matter what the latest you'll get it is by tomorrow @ 11:30am. I'll see what I can do." I do not do much dry cleaning so I cannot attest to that (although I will say they are all very friendly when I am there and my wife seems to be pleased with the dry clean services). What I am giving five stars for is the tailor, Pari. Her work is second to none and there is nothing she will not try to mend - from shirts to jeans to holes in sweaters, even an outside patio chair she stitched up for me that my kid ripped. She is super friendly, always goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy, and the quality of her work is fantastic. I highly recommend Pari the tailor. More...

I needed my Navy uniforms cleaned as I am in town for a few weeks. I dropped it off on a Monday and got it back the next day after 5pm. For three sets of uniforms the price came out to just over $30. At first I was unsure if I wanted to take it there because I wasn't sure if they were familiar with Navy uniforms or military uniforms in general but I'm happy to say that they did a great job! This past weekend we experienced a flood due to the enormous amount of rain. As a result, a large amount of our clothing was covered in water and mud. I took over 60 pieces to Fazio Cleaners after being told by insurance that the cost would be covered. We found out the next morning that it would not be covered and called to try and stop the order but it was already being processed. We knew the cost was going to be expensive due to the extensive damage and work required to get the items cleaned. Guillermo, the manager worked with me to bring down the cost saying he felt it right to help us out. He even helped load all the clothes into my car. It's. not often you find that kind of generosity and human kindness...I would recommend Fazio's to anyone. Martha is one of the tailors at Fazio's cleaners on Ventura Blvd in the Valley here in Los Angeles. She is quick, has an amazing eye for detail, and very wonderful to work with. I am very short, and as most of you know, wedding dresses are usually made for very tall girls. She had her work cut out for her, but managed to get my dress completely tailored and ready to go in 6 weeks. She really takes the time to make sure she makes no mistakes and to have your dress fit you perfectly and be super flattering. If you are looking for a wonderful seamstress for any wedding needs, and you are in the LA area, please check her out.
