We have been using FastKlean for more than 10 years now. Our cleaner Tania is absolutely amazing. We love her. She’s part of our family. She cleans our home on a weekly basis. She also does the washing and ironing for us. We are quite a messy family and Tania always does her magic. We all live a very hectic life and I can’t imagine not having Tania to help me out with the cleaning. Sometimes she even cooks for us. Office staff are pretty great too. Our account manager is Demi. She’s very polite, friendly and efficient. Always finds us a good replacement if Tania is away or sick. I have recommended FastKlean to all my friends and family and even the neighbors. You guys were awesome. The Fastklean team turned up on time, were polite and helpful and true ambassadors for the company. We used Fastklean for their "after building work" service, which was three cleaners for 8 hours. I've been using Fastklean for several years now. Their service is excellent. Their cleaners are well trained - apparently they get fully trained before they are allowed to clean people's houses and then they have regular refreshers. So they do a great job cleaning. Also, added benefit is that if my usual cleaner is on holidays they find a replacement so it all gets handled smoothly so you don't even need to worry about the logistics. I was recommended to use Fastklean by a friend for and end of tenancy I needed and I could not be happier! It was so simple to arrange and the person I spoke too (Nick? ) was very pleasant and professional. Although the cleaners were about 15 minutes late, that was not a problem. I understand the difficulties with public transport! They did an exceptional job and I could not be more pleased. They even showed initiative in cleaning areas I had not considered. I am very impressed with this company and their cleaners. I booked them for an end of tenancy clean. I was moving out of my flat and it had to be cleaned by professionals in order for me to get my deposit back. I didn't know who to call because they are so many of them online so I contacted my mum. She recommended this company because she's been using them for nearly 10 years now and she is very happy with them. I called them straight away and the booking process went smoothly. They provided me with all the needed information. What really surprised me was the price, for a one bedroom flat they charged me £120. The team arrived on time and the cleaning went very smoothly. They took 3 hours to clean the whole place including the carpet, too. They handled their work in a very professional manner. The place was spotless. There were no hidden charges. Thank you for the end of tenancy cleaning service.I felt very demotivated and obnoxious when I had to move out of my flat as I knew it had to be cleaned very well before the inventory check. That is why I am very strict when it comes to choosing the right cleaning company. When your professional cleaners came and started cleaning, I wasn't sure what to tell the cleaners and what to expect from them.I can now say that my flat was absolutely perfect. It was good to hear that you also offered steam cleaning of the bathrooms and toilets, because these are the rooms that attract most of the germs and bacteria. The cleaners knew exactly what to do and how to clean everything. Thank you for all the great work and for saving me my deposit.
