Extensions
We listen to your needs and requirements when we do any project. Extensions can be large, small with pitched roofs or flat roofs, tiled roofs or membrane roofs and also have windows situated in part of the roof. Whatever your requirements or wishes we can discuss and work out your project one step at a time. We aim to give you all when it comes to building any structure. You can also adapt your extension design and consult with any of our trades on site at any time.
Our team consists of fully qualified electricians and plumbers who help with design lighting and plumbing ideas onsite. They will discuss with the client if there is an opportunity to change or adapt an idea which is relevant. This can solve lots of issues quickly and help the whole process of renovations and extension projects run smoothly.

Renovations
Renovations are the area where you can put your own twist on your project where your ideas will come to fruition and can move with your budget.
We can help with removal of walls or moving doors, resitting stair cases, full decorations and full remodeling of your property. Also, help with finding the best products and finishes for your renovation. We use specialist trade centres for most of our full renovations with great kitchen sales and bathroom designs.
Loft Conversions
We'll help you escape out of the box. We'll offer advice and ideas for you such as roof terrace's, balconys and bifold doors.

Helpful tip: As a rule most loft conversions should not be higher than the ridge of your home, although there are several ways to go higher e.g. include a glazed pitch! This can allow you to construct considerably higher than your roof ridge.
Roofs
We can help with your roof, from changing your roof layout to retiling or slating, building dormers, cladding and also, membrane roofs.
We can give free advice any time. So, if you have any roofing problems or even problems with valleys, damage or leaky roof we are sure we can find out what is wrong and correct it, even leaky rain water pipes and guttering.
We also offer free installation on new roofs of cowl wind turbines so that if you would like to use renewable energy we also can help with this.

We help with basement design and garage conversions giving help with planning and building control.
We are fortunate to have a team of operatives who have worked on basement conversions through out London for the last several years and who aim to better themselves on each conversion they do.
