Very bad and disorganized website and service. I ordered a combo package for my sisters birthday. The package was supposed to have a box of Quality Street chocolate , 24 Pink fresh roses and a bangle set.
BEWARE- their website does not reflect any out of stock items- we do NOT LIKE Ferrero Rocher - I had selected the Quality Streets box for a reason. If it was not in stock then the item should not be on their e-commerce website.
Express Gift Service staff said - they cannot help it if the item on their website is out of stock.

The Rose flowers buds that were delivered were stale and browning- a horrible reflection of your partners in Lahore.

Express Gift Service staff said that Roses have short shelf-life so they cannot guarantee fresh flowers will be delivered ;(

The bangles were not delivered at the time.
Express Gift Service staff said- they need to order that from another city so it takes time.
