Most of us have the ability to figure out for ourselves what we need or what the best course of action would be beneficial for us to achieve of hopes, desires and our full potential in life.

From time to time, however we can get a little lost or maybe overwhelmed. Having someone to talk to that will give us space to explore our thoughts and feelings can be just what we need. I wonder if I can provide that environment for you? No judgements or expectations, just an empathic, professional relationship for you to visit and see what you can discover.

Maybe you know exactly what the problem is? Maybe you’re not sure but you feel something isn’t quite right and you’d like to explore some thoughts and ideas? Maybe you are behaving in ways that are not serving you well and you want to understand why you do these things and explore ways of changing them? All of these, and more, are possibilities.

As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I work with adults, children and young people. Facilitating couples, groups and family therapy sessions.
I will offer you a confidential, non-judgemental safe space to explore issues that are causing you concern. I believe in the autonomy of the individual and endeavour to provide a supportive, empathic environment that encourages positive personal exploration, growth, resilience and understanding. I will work with you to enable you to regain positive functionality of your life.

As a Life Coach I take a holistic approach to your positive change and personal development. By working with me you can systematically make life enhancing changes to improve relationships, communication and generally develop a more purposeful and fulfilling life. Whether you are looking for a major life change, trying to make sense of your life and it's direction or looking to develop life skills to overcome difficulties and build resilience, together we can explore the possibilities and co discover the answers!

I can provide either Counselling or Life Coaching focussing on which you as the client initially feel you need. However, by working with me, we can mutually agree the possibility of seamlessly transition or switch between the two approaches to ensure the very best possible outcomes for you.
