For example I think I said no to about 7 bands and never complained just kept looking. The final result was perfect and the night has gone down in history. I used Coates Solicitors for the selling of my Old House & buying my New house, I found them to be extremely efficient & kept me in touch by phone instead of the usual waiting for a letter to arrive.
The house I bought was a Brand new Strata House, the Lady in the sales office was so impressed with the speed of the Sale & their professionalism that she contacted them herself when she had a problem with a house she was buying.
I used them again last year when my Husband & I bought a Flat for rent, again the sale went through very smoothly.
