About

Hello, I’m Ewan, a fully qualified Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor and Men's Coach. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Men's Coaching - My core passion is in working with men. I provide time limited coaching plans to men that are ready to fully embrace the process and do the necessary work to create lasting change in their life. Whether this be conquering anger issues, gaining a greater sense of control in life, overcoming procrastination, removing blocks that are preventing dreams from being realised, reducing overwhelm or removing people pleasing etc. I understand through my own professional and life experience what is blocking you from the life you desire and deserve, and I dedicate my work with you to enable your personal freedom to be more greatly realised in everyway.

Counselling - I provide therapy to both men and women, helping you process any emotional or psychological difficulties you are facing. I predominantly work with issues around developmental trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, self-esteem, self-belief, and specialise in addiction and working with men.

Approach - My foundational approach in both practices, though diverse in both, is based on the belief that you are the expert and architect of your life. I believe in the uniqueness of your needs, the power of self-awareness, personal responsibility and self-acceptance; that empowered through this relationship with me, you can begin to move past your issues, and grow increasing inner contentment, overall well-being and progress in your life.

About Me - Having been through extensive therapy and coaching myself over the years, navigating the terrain of my childhood, adolescence and adulthood, I know first-hand the courage it takes to be truly vulnerable with another person, and how this can be the greatest catalyst for personal transformation and development; I will honour your vulnerability.
