I love my work outs with Elijah! She motivates me well, creates a work out plan for the remainder of the week and even makes suggestions on improving my diet! I am more than happy with my service through Evolve, and can't believe they come to my house for a reasonable price! More...

I've never been disciplined enough to exercise. I've now been working out twice a week for 3 months thanks to Evolve. I finally found a solution that works for me and, although I don't enjoy exercise, I'm glad that my trainer is always on time and eager to facilitate a great workout for me in my home.

I was so happy to find Evolve and Shannon as my trainer.  I have been very sedentary for years, laboring to walk to the mailbox in my condo complex! Shannon firmly, but gently, brought me through a wide variety of exercises we practiced in my living room.  She just 'knew' how to work with me, keeping the hour interesting and not overwhelming, but making sure I grew in strength and improved my balance.  I would recommend Evolve to clients of any age. I have been working with the team from Evolve for several months now and I could not be happier with the results. I do not have any idea what to do in a gym, and would most likely cause more harm than good if left to my own devices. Evolve's team puts together a different plan for me each month, meets with me at my gym to go over the exercises, and is always very responsive if I have any questions or concerns between appointments. Lisa manages to inspire and motivate, without being cheesy. She brings new exercises to every workout so they're never routine or boring. Very good at accommodating a wide variety of differing bodies / differing capabilities / injuries. I contacted Evolve because I wanted someone to help design a workout plan that took into account some restrictions. I have had a herniated disc and I have some other medical concerns that I did not feel confident enough to navigate on my own. Lisa was very responsive and we set up an appointment with one of Evolve's trainers, Elijah, and have continued to see her once a month at the gym at my work. Every month I get a new plan designed specifically for my goals and abilities. If I have questions about the exercises they are answered very quickly. I have been very happy with the results. I've been working with Elijah for 2 months and have seen amazing results in that time. I have never felt stronger or healthier. Elijah is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise (flatten out that back Casey). She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. I have incredible energy, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely and I've got great new muscles. Maddy is by far one of the best trainers I have worked with. I’m a life long athlete, former collegiate athlete, and I’ve played semi-professional sports. This is relevant as I have worked with dozens of trainers and coaches who are well-versed in kinesiology, fitness, and anatomy. Maddy is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works, which means she is able to immediately adapt the day of training to my needs based on how my body is feeling that day. She is encouraging at every step/press/crunch, and she pays carefully attention to my form to ensure I’m effective and avoiding potential injury. Outside of being a remarkable trainer, Maddy is just a wonderful human. I enjoy our chats during our workouts and she always has positive and educational things to share. I power lift several times a week, but my upper body progress had been stalling for a while. When I joined a group training with her a few months ago, I told her how I wanted to focus more on the upper body. Since then I have increased my bench press and over head press after weeks of no progress. I thought my legs were pretty strong, but every time I work out with her, I'm realizing how much more I can improve.She challenges me, but also reminds me to be kind to myself. She's great! More...

Maddy and Lisa have been really great with creating an exercise program for me and two friends! They both came out to my house and met with the three of us and carefully took histories from all of us and then discussed our goals. Maddy has been coming every week, very prepared with a new workout each week. It's only been about 6 weeks but we are all happy with our progress so far. Thank you Maddy! "If you are looking for a truly exceptional personal trainer...look no further. Lisa is professional, knowledgeable and motivating. My first career was as a P.E. Teacher and coach....so usually I am the one coaching. After a knee injury my activity has been quite limited and I have gained 30 pounds. Lisa has been able to adapt her planned workouts on the fly to enable me to get a great workout without further injuring myself. She masterfully incorporates everything I have asked... yoga, guided meditation/relaxation, stretching, cardio and strength training. I am SO happy to be working with Evolve.  I've been working with Maddy since late November and she is truly a pleasure to work with.  Maddy does a great job showing me the exercises, ensuring I'm using the correct form, making adjustments to the circuits based on how I'm doing, and encouraging me to push through the exercises.  The service that Lisa and Maddy provide to come to clients for workouts is so useful and worth the cost--there is no excuse not to work out now! Lisa is an amazing trainer and I can't express how thankful I am that she is in my life. Before I met Lisa, I had spent the last five years obese and struggling to hold myself accountable to any fitness regimen. I was totally clueless about strength-training in general, and would have legitimately been unable to tell you the difference between a deadlift and a dumbbell. After ten months of working together once a week, I feel like a freaking warrior. I've learned so much from Lisa about proper form and technique that she has turned my original goal of looking like Britney Spears on its head. Now I see fitness as a lifestyle choice and my body craves feeling strong.Lisa's workouts are challenging, but tailored to your fitness level. She motivates you to try harder, but is not a drill instructor. In fact, she's very sensitive to how my body is feeling and accommodates any injuries or soreness. She's also pretty creative with the limited equipment in my apt's gym, to the degree that I think of her as a type of Fitness MacGyver.Aside from being a great trainer, Lisa is also a kind, caring and all-around fantastic human being who makes me laugh hard and often during our sessions together. Lisa comes with her joyful laughter, her astute attention to what we might need or want, and a flair for creating workouts that are always varied (mix of yoga, weights, core, circuitwork, balance, stretching. ..). Her workouts always challenge us while remaining fully in tune with any concerns we might have and she brings new exercises each time to help with places we need strengthening.
