I’ve had several lots of Osteopath treatments from Alison. Each time the problem has been fully solved. Treatments are pleasant and even though the crunch noises can be scary I never experienced any pain or discomfort during a treatment. Alison has a warm friendly manor that puts you fully at ease. I am so glad I took the advice from my work colleagues and booked an appointment to come along to York Natural Health to check out my back. After an initial spine check up and just two appointments with Tom, the difference I feel in my back and neck is amazing! He was very professional, informative and genuinely wants to help relieve you from any discomfort you’re having, which in my case he achieved. I’ve had on going back problems for some time now and have never found anything that works for me. I’ve been to York Natural Health for a number of sessions and most recently have been treated by a fantastic Osteopath, Tom. Tom was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, he’s explained everything very thoroughly and has made such a difference to my discomfort. I went for the first time yesterday with my 6 week old baby. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming. Had an hours treatment with Sophie who did a fantastic job. My baby was calm and relaxed and I can see a difference already. I was involved and included and again was made to feel very welcome. A thorough history was taken with sound practical advice given. This is a great centre for holistic and alternative therapies tucked away in a lovely building in Acomb. I visited Alison several times for osteopathic treatments after sports related injury to my back and I am all sorted now. I have also taken Buteyko breathwork classes with Alison and as the only practitioner in Yorkshire she is well worth the visit! It is still early days but so far this breathwork is improving my physical and mental wellbeing and it is now a staple of my daily life. I have York Natural Health and Alison to thank for this. I had 2 appointments with an Osteopath at York Natural Health. The phrase "should have done this years ago" applies in this case.
