This is the ultimate fitness destination. It's fully equipped with beautiful machines and weight training areas, recovery treatment facilities (including cryotherapy! ), massage therapy, clean locker rooms, a designated yoga studio that offers tons of different classes, and more. Trainers really know their stuff. They offer everyone a free assessment (with some pretty cool tech-driven equipment) and 1-hour training session, plus a free week and other perks, no strings attached. I decided to try aerial yoga for the first time tonight ♀️ and I ended up loving it and am coming back to try aerial strength tomorrow! Kristan was an excellent instructor and she was really clear in directing us on what to do. She guided us into the moves and yoga poses that we did in the hammock and I left the class feeling relaxed and refreshed. The gym is really cute and I was greeted by a really nice and friendly receptionist who guided me into the class and also helped sign me up for my next class. I am looking forward to taking more classes here and maybe bringing along some of my friends! I also made new yogi friends while I was there. It was all good vibes here!!! More...

Welcoming new studio in a convenient location. The efficient use of space on the main level allows you to complete your workout with everything you need at arm's reach. Classes are very personalized and each instructor/trainer is able to guide you regarding proper form and technique. Downstairs is a zen, spa-like pristine yoga studio and locker room. I've been going to Evolve for about a month now & I could genuinely say that I love it! Cleanliness is important to me & the gym is spotless: weight area is well-organized, locker rooms are maintained, yoga studio is clean. They wash their aerial silks regularly. They offer classes that range from conditioning to yoga. I haven't done many conditioning classes as I'm slowwwwwwwwwly trying to get myself in shape. But I love their yoga studio downstairs.... & aerial yoga is SO much fun. The trainers and owners are all awesome... I've taken classes with Meg, Kristen, Marta, Conor Michael & Andrea. I think you have to try all of their classes just so you could find the trainer whose class best fits you. The owners greet me every time I walk in the door. The warm and friendly environment makes me feel comfortable in a place I usually feel intimidated. They offer trial classes/packages so don't miss out! More...

I had a great aerial strength class with Marta. She was patient with my friend and me who never took an aerial class before. She adjusted the silks as needed and helped us with some of the exercises when she saw us struggling. Thanks for a great class. More...

A new addition to Millburn, Evolve Fitness Studio is a stand out. Great space, brand new equipment, knowledgeable trainers, and owner/trainers committed to excellence. Evolve offers extensive classes -- including a kick-ass Weekend Warrior session on Saturday mornings -- and an opportunity for a cryo-sauna experience that is chilling to say the least but invigorating.
