This is one of my favourite hang outs, especially mid week when they have a quiz on. The food is freshly prepared and the atmosphere is always fun and laid back. It gets busy at the weekend and is always great fun. They often host bands and other entertainment. The evil eye bar is a lovely place to have a drink and a bite to eat. I had the double pig burrito and it was amazing. Great selection of real ales to choose from. Will deffo go back again.

Stopped in on a whim today and had the best vegetarian burrito I have ever tasted! The barbecue halloumi with all the extras - limey coriander rice, slightly spicy veg, pico de gallo and refried beans - was delicious. Rich without being overpowering, plenty of flavour without scorching heat. Perfect! Add the fresh sweet potato fries and the refreshing sweetness of the locally produced watermelon soda and you’ve got an excellent meal at an extremely reasonable price.
