Clean and bright studios with plenty of yoga props. Really nice folks with good energy. I like the rates as I can easily drop in ad my schedule allows with many different commitment options (including class by class).

EBB is an amazing place to find Peace, Energy & Strength! The mix of classes offered is simply incredible. Extremely talented team of fitness trainers spearheaded by a visionary! Susan Erdman rocks!!!!

As a member of Every Body Balance since 2008, I have enjoyed a terrific offering of classes on Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and fun specials like boot camps and belly dancing. The workouts have sculpted my body, strengthened my core so my back no longer bothers me, given me strength and flexibility, and makes me feel energized. I can’t imagine starting my day without the wonderful workouts. An added benefit is the amazing women and a few great guys, who are now part of my social network. I've wanted to have my own fitness business since I was a kid. When the opportunity arose, I jumped at it, and I love it!

Whether you’re a fitness junkie or someone who happens by the gym only once in a while, there’s no question that you need some solution for how to fit exercise into your life, and a gym or fitness studio is a great way to give yourself the accountability and interest factor that will help you to stay consistent.

We offer a wide variety of fitness class types at our two studio locations... and its so important not to focus just on one type of exercise. Whether you choose us, or a big-box place, you need to try a variety of exercise types each week, to develop and maintain a healthy balance.
