Responsive, fast service. Friendly and polite. Responded to ad same day and trees sorted by teatime. All waste taken and garden blown, some minimal sweeping up needed but to be expected.

Very quick to respond to ad and offered to do job of tree removal that same day. I did not require stump removal, chipping or clearing cuttings so quote for job took that into account and was reasonable. I was concerned at the apparent lack of safety measures (no ropes or goggles/ gloves etc) but work was completed quickly and to our satisfaction and I would use again for certain jobs. Friendly, quick and efficient good lads

Harry got in touch shortly after the advert was posted, and managed to get round to give me a quote within an hour, talking me through my options. He was able to remove one overgrown fir tree and tidy up a second tree that evening, within an hour of arriving. Great service, very happy with the job done and responsiveness. Harry called and enquired about what we wanted done. He suggested looking at the tree and giving us a more accurate quote.
He came out on Friday and was honest in his quote and explained what the job entailed. Although the weather wasn't great he arranged for the work to start on the Saturday. As the week progressed the forecast was not good on the Saturday Harry rang to rearrange the start day.

The crew arrived as expected and promptly started taking the 100 yr old tree down. Section by section. Polite and conscious about safety. The job was expected to take 2 day, however it was done in 1 day.
