Joseph contacted us by phone shortly after our initial enquiry and came to give us a quote later the same day. He took photos of the problem on our roof, explained in detail what the issues were and gave us repair options. He was so knowledgeable and so obviously trustworthy and professional that we had pretty much decided to accept his quote before we even got the others and we were not wrong to do so! Joe was punctual and very competitive price he managed to fit me in at short notice after I was let down by another firm. He priced the job then his team turned up as stated worked hard nothing was a problem and they asked me if I was happy all the way through and left the site clean and tidy at the end, Very pleased with the overall service provided they supplied a new flat roof to extension and even did extra work to sort neighbours roof as well really got me out of a hole highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I would like to make it known that Joe visited us today and very honestly assured us that we didn't need a new roof. We had been lead to believe by a casual workman we knew that our roof wouldn't last, after he had been up and put a loose tile back for us.
