I had two sessions of Deep tissue massage therapy with Karen and I can honestly say this was both very professional and useful. Karen was kind, caring and really helpful with both the massage itself and my own specific need. She explained everything throughout the time I spent with her and guided me with aftercare advice. The main reason I chose a deep tissue massage was to help with relieving the stress build up on my body. Afterwards I felt relaxed and noted that my sleep and my overall health improved - before I went I suffered with stiff and painful neck and shoulder pain as well as heart palpitations which was mainly due to stress. I had my first reflexology session on the 26th January with Karen and have been having an hour treatment every week since. I absolutely love it. Karen is extremely professional and has tailored a package to suit my individual needs. Karen is extremely understanding and the therapy room is very relaxing and beautifully decorated.
