Diana started with training walks with Jebel (who is a wilful girl!) focusing on her strength and pulling tendencies, and has continued with weekly walks which has been more helpful to me than I can say. Jebel adores her which is lovely to see. Diana looked at Jebel as an individual and concentrated on the issues which help her to fit in with me and for me to understand her needs as well as I can. What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love everything about this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My name is Diana and I have always been passionate about animals having grown up surrounded by dogs, cats, tortoises and fish.
In 2015 my life truly changed when I convinced my husband to agree to welcome a dog in to our family. The arrival of our cockapoo, Nina, made me realise that I wanted to qualify as a dog trainer and spend as much time as I could with dogs. Nina is now a PAT (Pets as Therapy) dog and we regularly visit a school and care homes each week. Every Saturday, Nina and I participate in agility classes and as part of this wonderful community, I have made some fantastic friends.
I am now fully certified by NARPS (National Association for Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers), DBS checked and insured, and would love for your beloved pets to join me at Epsom Paws.
