“It would be my pleasure to tell you that Epicenter is one of the best agencies - with the best account service and design capabilities - in the business. If you hire them, you will be very happy with their attention to detail and their desire to deliver you the best service in a timely fashion. I would not work with another company at this point in my career. They just 'get it,' which is less work for me. Each assignment I give them, they 'nail it,' in the first round.”

One of the best creative and branding development firms in the business that I've worked with. They think like business owners. They get results.
Not only does Jeff and his team consistently nail it the first time round, they make the process fun.

Q&As

A great site communicates a clear brand message to the desired target markets. It engages the viewer to follow a path to take a prospect from “contact to contract”.

1. Project description & Definition of success
2. Deadline
3. Size/format
4. Name of company
5. Target audience(s) that the project is trying to influence
6. Audience objectives – what do we want them to DO, KNOW, FEEL?
7. Key challenges (list any)

1. Preparation
Define goals, gather or conduct research, study competitors marketing messages, organize thoughts and develop a creative brief.

2. Incubation Brainstorming
Brainstorming is when you take the information you’ve compiled and re-arrange it in a way that’s never been done before. At this stage, we just let our imagination take over and try to think of as many new ideas as possible with no restrictions.

3. Illumination/Critical Thinking
Once we have a bunch of ideas to work from, the next step is “critical thinking.” At this stage of the creative process, we look at each idea and evaluate both its strengths and weaknesses. Then ask questions:
• “Is this concept on strategy?”
• “What kind of resources would I need to make this idea a reality?”
• “What’s the most difficult obstacle in following through with this idea?”
• “Does the concept have “legs”, meaning can it be extrapolated into other communication tactics easily.

Evaluation
• Receive client input – Evaluate the concepts based on feasibility, strategy and anticipate results
• Ask questions:
“Is this making an emotional connection with its target audience?”
“What do they want, need, expect?”
“How will they interpret this message?”
• Ideally, we would recommend the client test the approved concepts in focus groups or customer survey to validate the impact prior to release.
• Make any changes or additions to the concept and fine tune
• Obtain Client approval before moving forward.

Implementation
The final stage of the creative process is “production.” In fact, every other stage of the creative process is useless if you never take your creative idea and actually put it into action in some way.
Once released to the public we then re-evaluate the effectiveness for even better performance on the next tactic.

1. What elements are provided? (creative brief, logos, previous relevant art, illustrations, copy, research, surveys, etc.)
2. Please provide competitive samples or website addresses of 3-5 competitors.
3. Please provide any samples of art or copy that you like (can be from competitors, random samples even from other industries that communicate a style or direction you think should be considered for this project).
4. Will this project influence the style and direction of additional projects?
5. What other information needs to be communicated? Add any other information or research or web links that would help us to understand your direction.

The part I enjoy most is seeing how a simple idea can dramatically transform a business. It’s rewarding to help people fulfill their goals and reach their potential.

All my life I have been drawn to art, music, TV, films, books, words, marketing and design.
Advertising was the perfect path for me to fulfill all of my creative interests to anything that communicates and connects us. I have been lucky to build such a creative and experienced team of talented professionals.

We bring brands to life.
Our work is always on strategy and effective because we ask the right questions and get in the minds and hearts of your prospective audience. Our award winning creative team connects the dots between the attributes and benefits of your brand and the desires of your target prospect.

We Are Fun To Work With.
We enjoy what we do and make the process fun and enjoyable. This deadline oriented business can be stressful so a good sense of humor goes a long way.

We Won’t Let You Down
We are committed to excellent communication and client response so you always know what the status of your project is. We deliver on time and on budget and the results are always on target and impressive.
