I bought the epulse ultra 1620 at EMS Update 2017 at 7 springs pa. I have chronic migraines and they through the ear clips in since it was the main reason for me buying the unit. The entire team at the show were just great and very knowledgeable about the units. I have been using the unit for 2 days now and have had very little head pain. Thank you!
