I was introduced to Tasha at a summer bootcamp and quickly realised she was a trainer I could click with. I have used her regularly for both personal training and now HIIT.

The HIIT classes are hard work, I'm not going to lie. There's no time to be bored! Every week is a different work out so you really feel the benefits of a varied workout and, if you've not particularly liked one set then the next will be different. The class caters to all levels of ability and everyone is supportive and encouraging. Tasha will join in but also check form and offer advice. She offers encouragement and advice and only expects you to do what you can (she'll know if you could give more though, so no slacking). The improvement in my general fitness levels has been remarkable and I see weekly progress.

As a trainer I have used her previously both to get in shape generally and as a return to strength following abdominal surgery. On both occasions she has designed a plan which has helped build on my abilities each week without being overwhelming.

I would recommend her to anyone.

Xtreme HIIT Review (Monday Eve)
I attend this class fairly regularly- it has been running for a couple of months now. It is a friendly small group training class which consists of a variety of exercises that changes each week so it never gets boring. There are varying exercises of different intensity with breaks. Tasha gives advice on how to carry out each exercise offering easier/harder work out options. During the class Tasha also gives personal advice on technique whilst keeping the class motivated. No chance of skiving or getting bored and at the end you really know you’ve worked out!!
I've seen a definite improvement in my ability and energy levels. I feel healthier and it has improved my fitness while helping me tone up. I highly recommend this class to anyone.
