The boiler in our property was 17 years old and was put in by the previous owners. We felt that it wasn't working efficiently and were quoted some extortionate prices for a new one. I contacted this company for some advice on boilers and to find out what they were charging. From start to finish, we received great service. We were given options on prices and advice on how to be more energy efficient. I have to say, this is not something we know much about but we do like to make sure our bills are as low as possible (who doesn't). The guy who came out to see us kept in contact after we selected the boiler we wanted. He arranged for it to be installed at a time that suited us and he even gave us a call after to check we were happy. My wife and I have been investigating Eco technologies for quite some time with a view to reducing our energy consumption,we got in contact with the Energy advisory group and were blown away by their level of customer care & expertise. We discussed a number of energy saving solutions with their energy advisor and decided to go ahead with a Thermodynamics system and we could not be happier with our choice to contact this company,their advice on how we can become more energy efficient has been exemplary.We have been in contact with their energy advisor who initially visited us since the installation due to being so happy with the results of us installing the Thermodynamics system & we are now looking at making further improvements.We recommend this company without hesitation,their honesty,customer care and expertise shines through on every occasion we have contacted them.
