I was recommended "Energy Solutions by a friend who new someone in there church had used you. As we were stuck with a Leakey system after the company who installed it went into liquidation we were desperate to get it fixed. Your engineer was prompt polite and efficient he serviced the system and repaired the leak. It is now fine I will have you back to service my solar and my air source heat pumps in future. Purchased a new build property 4 years ago with a Grant ASHP. We have never been convinced it has worked properly. Builder constantly fobbed us off and now doesn't even return calls. Contacted Energie Solutions amongst other companies. They were the only company that gave us a written quotation and seemed to have any idea about the system. I have since understood Grant systems are really not great and yet are builders preferred choice! I was very impressed at their diligence and I finally have a solution. Brilliant! Phoned this company on Monday to say that my solar PV system was playing up. A helpful engineer called the same day and was told the inverter was faulty. Within 24 hours I had a new inverter and everything back up and running. Very reasonably priced and also their office gave me some invaluable advice with regards to the different scams that are going around at the moment with regards to solar PV. Energie Solutions came out and fixed my Ecodan ASHP. They were fantastic! The unit was still under warranty which I had not realised. They sorted all the distribution directly with the supplier and even advised on parts that were missing from the original installation (not originally fitted by them).
