Good gym with a good selection of equipment. It's really split into three areas, a free weight area a cardio area and a good selection of weight machines. Classes can be taken in the studio area on the floor above. I prefer going early mornings in the week as it can get busy after work hours. Staff are always friendly and the changing rooms are equipped with showers and lockers that you lock with your own padlock. Overall it has enough space and equipment to perform a good daily workout. Cheap gym, have all the equipment needed and does exactly what is says on the tin. Better showers and controls to adjust termapeture would be good but for £24 quid a month I can't complain.

So started the other day was greater by a colleague called Jordan who showed me my partner and her sister around and what’s what in the gym total respect 10000% for this guy made us feel very welcome and made us feel comfortable when was first time going to the gym would recommend this gym to friends and family definitely.

I love the gym great place to work out. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Changing rooms are clean as is the gym. I use the gym regular and for the last 3 weeks have been doing the Insanity class which is great. Highly recommended this gym �����

At the age of 35 you think I'd know better not to do a Rig fit class on a completely empty stomach! Almost throwing up and fainting was not fun but Maria and Rob were absolutely amazing and did everything they could to make me feel better. I've never been looked after so well! Thank you guys!! Having been training with Andy chapman at fit 4 less I cannot believe How much weight I've lost and how much I've tonned I've lost 2 stone since training with him Not only is he a fab PT but his positive energy and great sense of humour made me want to look forward to our sessions 100% recommend Andy he always brings a smile with him The gym is fab !!!

I've been visiting Fit4Less since January and have had a fantastic experience with my PT, the staff and the other gym members. The equipment is fantastic, it's always clean and easy to find what you're after.
