Very, very friendly and helpful, a busy store with a vast range of new and used equipment. It was ok to ask questions and I was not treated as an idiot for not knowing the answers.
Similarly, the staff were able to converse at an expert level in other areas.
The only small suggestion I made to them was to update their information so that Google could tell me their opening hours. As they sometimes need to visit local businesses, sometimes at short notice, the hours occasionally vary - I am told they are open six mornings a week (Mon-Sat) and each afternoon except Tuesday and Wednesday as a rule.
