worst experience i have had every time i ring ihave a new claims handler who never get back in touch and forget advice rubbish company but i have to go all the way otherwise they could sue me wish i never got in touch with them

If there were no stars that’s what I would give this company ... my claim was straight forward and yet they still after a year hadnt it settled and when they did the offer was a joke . ..this company somehow gets ur number after u have had an accident and ring u up ... I decided to go to my local solictor and my claim was settled within 8 weeks with a lot more than this company was getting ...so I’m advising everyone stay away from this company More...

I am really disappointed with this solicitors and I think I made the wrong choice. I received a letter first week in Jan 2019 saying someone will be in touch in two weeks but I still I have not heard from them, I emailed them last week but was email was ignored. I am currently considering submitting an official complaint. My claim was submitted in Oct 2017, and I agreed my settlement in august 2018 but have not received my due compensation or any feedback since November 2018. Had a claim ongoing for some time now but emerald law finally got it settled after 4 years. I was happy with the fact that they had secured my case with the courts before it reaching the third year. John and David who are both fine handlers on my claim were both really helpful and was always there for any questions and to guide me further. I was really happy with both my file handlers and think they were absolutely amazing. Sent my money out to me really quickly and fairly without any issues. Although the case has taken a long time to deal with, and I may have had quite a few people dealing with my case over the 4/5 years. I understand many of the delays have not been emerald law's fault. I cannot say I am 100% happy with the end result but do appreciate everything that was done by Oonagh to finally get over the finish line. I will say that regular updates would have made the process that little less stressful. But considering it is an injury claim I'm not totally sure things would/could be much different. More...
