As a solo practitioner with two business lines, I am able to set up my work phones to simultaneously ring both my office phone and the answering service. This ensures that I am always reached at one of the two numbers when a call comes in. When I pick up my cell phone or office phone, I usually get a dial tone because Ecall Center Services answered before me.
The receptionists are able to accurately identify important details about each caller's identity and reasons for calling beyond basic information such as name, company name and reason for call. This ensures that I spend less time on unnecessary calls and more time focusing on high-priority ones.
