I would like to start by saying what a fantastic service we had!

We have recently finished running the European Deaf Champions League for which all of our merch was supplied by Eltham Digital.

I cannot thank them enough for their incredibly timely manner, talking us through the whole process and for the amazing quality of the products for such a prestigious tournament.

Cannot fault them in the slightest and I wish I could give 10/5 stars!

1st rate customer service. Reply quickly and are able to deal with incompetent or blundering clients like myself with the greatest amount of patience and care.

They deliver on time all the time and provide help with getting your images optimized for printing, not to mention great value for money.

I was going to buy some cards from VistaPrint, but I'm so happy I went to these guys instead. They delivered a batch of cards, which were faulty at first, the next day. Upon telling them that there was a fault with the cards, they replaced them free of charge the next day. Overall they were professional with me, and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. First class customer service, fast turnaround times and extremely well priced! - Perfect for event /promotional printing needs.

As a performance arts photographer, I'm involved in a lot of local theatre and performance events that require high quality promotional imagery for their shows.

From the moment I walked in, the staff at EDP were first class in understanding exactly what I needed and how to acheive it for the best price. They went through all the options, recommending a cheaper option for some of my needs in one instance.

Prints (A1/A0/A3) were all ready within hours as opposed to days for other printers locally and nationally. A return visit within 24 hours to request last minute brochures was dealt with just as seamlessly and again within hours of contact.

I would recommend EDP as your FIRST choice for all show and promo needs. As a family run company, they retain that dedication to service and to helping you, the customer that the larger firms can't supply.
