Cannot recommend Hollie enough, it is such a lovely experience to have a photo shoot with her. I have been with my daughter since she was 11, she is now 16 and everytime it has been an enjoyable experience and the pictures are always fabulous, they are all over my house!

Hollie is the most lovely, thoughtful and personal photographer who will do above and beyond for all her clients. She gives 110% throughout the whole process running up to a wedding shoot and I could not recommend her enough. She is professional, gives brilliant advice and most importantly makes sure you get the photographs you want to remember. Amazing from start to finish! Hollie was so professional but friendly and approachable at the same time! And that was the first impression via phone contact! When me and my boyfriend met her for a photoshoot for our two dogs..she was even better in person! She instantly put us all at easy and she was great with the dogs! Fantastic experience! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hollie, we've had 2 shoots now, one with our first newborn and one when our second baby came along. Hollie is excellent at making everyone feel at ease and the shoots both flew by! I took some ideas for photos I wanted to create and Hollie was happy to do this as well as all the the other shots she had in mind. Very professional, we are extremely pleased with the photos, so much so we've gone for the USB stick option rather than having to choose images.

It's incredibly rare that I feel compelled to review a product or service, unless I have experienced truly outstanding or heavily flawed service. With the task of seeking a wedding photographer, we were keen to make sure that the person we chose didn't 'take over' our special day. Having been at many weddings and regularly being herded around by photographers like cattle, we wanted to get away from that. We wanted someone who would take the all important photographs we will look back on and cherish for the rest of our lives and also treat all our friends and family, young and old with a friendly and professional approach. Well we more than found this with Hollie Crabtree of Elliot Photography. Hollie has such a kind, polite and professional manner and treated all of our guests with the greatest of respect which meant we got the perfect photos we wanted, without being shouted at or the feeling of being 'herded'. This also meant we could all get on with what we really wanted to do -celebrate and enjoy our very special day.Of course you don't simply choose a photographer for their personality and demeanour, it's about the quality of photographs. Hollie took some unbelievable shots at the church and got every picture of 'group' and individual shots we'd requested. On top of that Hollie took some superb natural shots where those being photographed weren't aware. This meant we could see ourselves and our guests both at church and our reception genuinely enjoying every moment of our special day. We reviewed our huge selection of photos and could not have been more pleased. My wife and I cannot recommend Hollie and her work enough. It was on the back of this outstanding service and superb photography that when our Son Archie was born just over a year later, my wife, my 6 year old daughter and I had a newborn shoot with Archie. Hollie's ability to work with young children and complete understanding of how unpredictable newborns and 6 year olds are, meant we weren't rushed or pushed around having a sub-standard shoot. Instead we were all made to feel completely relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Needless to say our photographs were above and beyond all our expectations and can be seen in almost every room in our house! We've had a number of photo sessions in the past with the likes of 'venture' etc and there is absolutely no comparison, Hollie's work massively overshadows anything we've ever had done before and to say her prices are reasonable would be a massive understatement. We're truly grateful for our happy memories being so beautifully captured by Elliot Photography, and they will always be at the top of our recommendations and the first port of call for any future photography we choose to have - just superb! We spoke to a few photographers for our wedding before we met Hollie - as soon as we met her we knew she was the right choice. She was very friendly and professional with clear ideas of how the day should go - without being pushy or forceful - she offered good guidance and also listened to what we wanted and made sure we were happy with the plan for the day. Throughout our wedding preparations Hollie was very contactable - she kept in touch with us and was more than happy to answer any questions we had.She met us at our wedding venue a few weeks before the day to look around the area and locate good sites for our group and couple shots - she had a fantastic eye for detail and had really great ideas of where would make the best photos.On our wedding day Hollie was amazing - so friendly and professional - she really put us at ease and organised our group photos brilliantly. I have had the absolute pleasure of having had three sessions with Hollie with my two children. The newborn photo session was amazing and we have some simply beautiful photos of my daughter just a few days old! Hollie has a great way with kids and has managed to capture some really precious moments of my two. We also had an outdoor shoot just before Christmas this year and the results were breathtaking! In the past we have taken our own photos for advertising and the web site, after receiving a lovely family photo (taken by Hollie) for a birthday present, I decided to ask Hollie to take some company photos. The photo sessions were both at the studio and out and about. My husband and I used this company for our wedding photography. We found them to be fantastic from beginning to end. We both felt very relaxed and at ease with the photographer, she went to great lengths to capture some wonderful photographs of our special day. Hollie did some portraits of both our children when they were young. The photos were beautiful, it was difficult to choose our favourites from so many lovely pictures. Your photos are put up on a password protected webpage where you can view them and select your prints, and Hollie varies the type of picture, so some black and white, some with special effects, and some even 'patched' together (it<span id="moreReview372657" class="hide"> was difficult to get both children to smile at the same time!) Hollie is wonderful with children, she has 3 of her own, and its a relaxed setting in her own home studio, with plenty of toys to amuse the subjects. Photos were posted very quickly online, and prints arrived quickly after ordering. Its good value for money, because you only pay for the prints you order, not for the photo shoot, so if you don't like them (which is very unlikely!), you don't have to buy. Overall the service is outstanding, and I would definitely use Hollie again.</span> More...
