I ordered flowers for my aunt for Christmas, and I inadvertently directed to be sent to me in California. I immediately emailed the florist and waited up late for them to open, so I could call to correct my mistake. Ellen emailed me back before I could call, corrected the delivery address, and asked me if I'd like to enclose a card. My aunt received the flowers before Christmas, and she informed me that the flowers were gorgeous and lasted until January 15. Have used Ellen's a few times now especially for making and delivering a bespoke anniversary bouquet for my wife. Every time I've have found them a great pleasure to deal with, and always very helpful in helping me to decide on the flowers too.
