Vicky was so friendly and helpful throughout the booking process especially as I couldn't give definite dates until days before due to moving into a new build. The Crew on the day were outstanding. Fabulous customer service - upfront, friendly and efficient. We used the Elite team for a recent house move, things didn't go to plan with our purchase, they were able to provide a solution and store our furniture, couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend/use again :-)

Faultless company. Elite Move provide an excellent service, prompt, well organised and caring. From start to finish Joy, Richard and the team were amazing. From the initial quote to delivering my furniture, everything went smoothly. All of my possessions were treated with care and attention, bespoke crates were used to transport irreplaceable antiques. It’s not often I see such fantastic customer service, particularly in such a stressful situation, especially being female and living on my own!
